The middle word in our name is “Community” and that is exactly what our new seasonal series aims to create. Our teachers have been hand-plucked, just like our produce, to give you the very best learning experience possible. In this June through October series of two hour classes, Brookwood Community Farm celebrates the many splendid ways to enjoy a local CSA share and local produce in general. These classes (except the foraging class) will take place in the homey commercial kitchen at East Milton Congregational Church. From canning to parent/kid cooking to pie baking to sharpening knife skills, we have teachers who know what they’re doing and know how to relay that knowledge. Each class will empower you to reach new heights. And while you probably won’t make every class, we hope to see you around more than once!
Classes are non-refundable unless Brookwood cancels. They are transferable. If you sign up and are unable to attend, please invite a friend! No formal notification is required ... the substitute may simply show up in your stead and would notify the teacher of the switch.
Any questions? Please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get back to you as soon as we are able.
