Regular price $50.00

Stocks are the foundation of good, healthy and flavorful cooking. In this hands-on class we will learn to make a vegetarian, seafood and chicken stocks that can be frozen in small batches and used throughout the year.

Then we’ll start our soups anticipating what will be coming from the farm in late May. We’ll prepare Chinese Dumplings in an Aromatic Broth, Creamy Spinach & Greens Soup and a quick Seafood Chowder.

Bring an apron, chef knife (if you have a favorite) and containers for taking home the soups.
