Knife Skills for ages 13-103 with Didi Emmons - March 6 6:30-8:30pm - MILTON - East Congregational Church
This class is open to ages 13 and up.
Knowing how to use a knife and how to keep it sharp are at the cornerstone of being a good cook. Correctly wielding a knife will cut your prep work time in half and will give you a sense of confidence that will propel you to cook. Join Chef Didi, founder of four restaurants and cookbook author for a game-changing class.
Students should bring two of their favorite knives to use in this hands-on class and a steel if they have one. If you don’t have favorite knives, we’ll provide you with knives to use. At the conclusion of the class, students will use their newfound skills to create a big tasty salad for everyone to share. (This class is suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Gluten-free options are available.)
Classes are non-refundable unless Brookwood cancels. They are transferable. If you sign up and are unable to attend, please invite a friend! No formal notification is required ... the substitute may simply show up in your stead and would notify the teacher of the switch.
